Current processes involve evaporation pits that either wait for mother nature to evaporate at a very low rate or use a mechanical device to help increase evaporation rates. Current mechanical-aided evaporation equipment increase evaporation levels to between 10 and 20 percent. Aston Evaporative Services’ patented models increase evaporation levels in excess of 80 percent!

The link below shows eight competitive units versus just One Aston Tempest-1600 model.  With only 10% evaporation rates our competition is pumping between 80-100gpm through eight units to equal evaporation rates of just one Aston Tempest-1600.

Notice the angle in this picture below where competitive model faces directly back into pond.  With Aston's model you will achieve longer operating times simply because of overspray conditions when wind blows back against land based units and need to shutdown to not saturate the embankment.
